A – You don’t need to register your product for warranty coverage. The warranty
automatically begins from the date of purchase.
A – To process a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
from the retailer or marketplace. Additional documentation may be required depending
on the claim.
A – To start a warranty claim, contact the retailer where you purchased the product for
assistance. If you do not receive support, you can reach fitit’s service team at
support@fititworld.com or call/WhatsApp +971-58-51-34848 (Sunday – Thursday, 9:00
AM – 6:00 PM GST). You may need to send the product in its original or equivalent
protective packaging.
A – If a defect is found and a valid warranty claim is made within the warranty period, fitit
may repair or replace the product using new or refurbished parts. The replacement will
carry either the remainder of the original warranty period or a 30-day warranty,
whichever is longer.
A – Processing times may vary, but warranty claims typically take up to 14 days for
assessment and resolution. Once your claim is received, fitit will determine whether the
product will be repaired or replaced. For updates, contact support@fititworld.com.
A – You can take your product to the retail branch where you purchased it. Shipping and
handling charges may apply, except where prohibited by law. Please confirm any
shipping costs with the support team before sending your product.
